The rate is all-inclusive as shown below with no hidden cost guaranteed:-

• Fuel
• Fully comprehensive insurance
• All freeways tolls
• All parking fees
• All applicable government taxes
• Professional English speaking chauffeur with clean criminal background
• RGPS (real time global positioning tracking system) for passengers'maximum safety and security
• Airport welcoming service with password to prevent passenger from being picked up by illegal limousine/taxi

Reservation

• On call reservation via 66 2 651 0808 or our limousine counter at the leading hotels listed in "Our Location" at least 1 hour in advance
• Online reservation should be made and submit confirmation ( directly to your email by the intelligent system) at least 24 hours prior to the service time

Billing

• Pay directly to our chauffeur by cash after the job success
• In case of booking is guaranteed by credit card through secure online credit card payment system, we offer 10% discount from our normal rates
• In case of the service for corporate or long term service, payment shall be invoiced and the fare should be wired within 7 days after the job success

Cancellation

• No cancellation charge ( 12-hour advanced notice is required thru phone call or email)
• Full of charge will be automatically billed in case of “NO SHOW” or “DELAY” is due to the passenger’s fault
