I was taken by Khun Peter, the driver, to the airport. He is great at making interaction with guest. His tone of voice, choice of words, and topic choice are really lasting impression to me and I believe to other guests.
He started the conversation by introducing himself, making sure I have everything I need with me, informing the time taken to the airport etc etc. He talked about the hotel and Phuket which is alluring and evocative.
He made the trip from the hotel to airport seems so short.
I hope all other drivers will do much better if not the same.
