As General Manager of such BMW dealership in Bangkok, Pinyo has undergone intensive specialised training, and was nominated No.1 ranking in terms of Sales Achievements and Customer Satisfaction Index five times in row between 1990-1995. It was, thus, BMW who had supported Pinyo in establishing his limousine business in 1997 when he embarked upon providing transportation services to selected hotels.   • Use the latest “real time” Global Positioning System (GPS) in our vehicles. This helps prevent drivers from using excessive speed, deviating from pre-set routes, making unauthorized stopovers, doing “monkey-business” and any other criminal offences;
  • Only use high quality, latest model vehicles (mainly Mercedes-Benz, BMW, etc.,) known for their mechanic safety, comfort and reliability;
  • Maintain high quality, latest model vehicles (the average age of our cars before we replace them is 1.5 years);
  • Train our drivers to understand what our customers need and might want (for example that some customers like to talk, others do not);
  • Ensure that drivers check their vehicles every day before setting off and look after their vehicles as if they were their own;
